- A prearranged car service, taxi, or rideshare
- Public transportation with verified operating hours
- Walking to nearby lodging on a safe, permitted route
Do not rely on estimates of impairment
Alcohol affects people differently, and tasting pours can be difficult to track. Coffee, food, water, or waiting briefly does not make impaired driving safe.
