Directory role
Wine Festival Directory provides informational discovery and promotional tools. Listings, ratings, badges, and sponsored placements are not endorsements, guarantees, or professional advice.
User responsibilities
Users must submit accurate information, respect intellectual property, avoid impersonation and unlawful content, and follow applicable drinking-age, ticket, venue, and transportation rules.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers remain responsible for their events, ticketing, refunds, safety, accessibility, licensing, regulatory compliance, and communications with attendees.
Paid services
Pricing, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refund, platform-fee, and promotional terms must be disclosed before purchase. Live payment terms require final Super Admin and legal approval.
